This policy keeps PatchProof safe and trustworthy for everyone. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
You agree to
- Use PatchProof only for genuine, lawful professional patch-test record-keeping.
- Enter accurate information and only about clients who have consented.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
You must not
- Enter data about people without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
- Use the service to falsify or back-date records, or to mislead an insurer, regulator or client.
- Upload malware, attempt to breach security, probe, scan, or disrupt the service or other users.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service except as permitted by law.
- Use the service to harass, defame, or infringe anyone's rights.
- Use automated means to extract data at scale beyond the provided export feature.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate accounts that put others at risk or breach this policy, in line with the Terms. Serious misuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
